The term ‘Perfect Paws’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 14 Lindow Parade, Wilmslow, Cheshire. SK9 5JL. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Pricing

Prices on price list are made on an average dog on the breed and style. However in the event that some pets may need extensive extra work, for reasons such as heavy matting, there will be additional charges.

Pet Health / Conditions under which pets are accepted for grooming.

The pet is fit and healthy. We will ensure we provide your pet with the highest level of care and attention during their stay with us. However it must be clearly understood and agreed that we except all pets at owners own risk. Grooming of sick or elderly pets is entirely at owner's risk. Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems for which we cannot be held liable. The pet is vaccinated and up to date. An unvaccinated pet puts itself and others at risk. It must be clearly understood and agreed that whilst every care and attention is given to your pet(s) they are accepted at the owner's risk. Obviously our first concern is for the welfare of your pet, so in the event of injury or illness while they are here at Perfect Paws, it may become necessary for us to call a vet for advice. However we will try to contact the owners of the pet first and foremost. In the event that a vet has been called in , unless it can be clearly shown that Perfect Paws are liable, all cost in connection to the vets call out and treatment shall be at the owners own expense. We expect all pets that we except for treatment to be vaccinated.

Payments

1. A appointment must be booked prior to dropping off your pet.
2. Dog grooming services are to be secured by a non-negotiable deposit, paid in full by the client before the groomer commences treatment. It is the groomers discretion to allow payment after the treatment but no credit will be given.. A deposit to secure the appointment must be made either by the booking system (preferred) or by calling the parlour and paying via credit card / debit card over the telephone. Deposit's can be made by cash at the parlour but at least 36 hours prior to appointment date.
3. The remaining balance of the grooming session will be charged to your credit or debit card (preferred) after the session or by cash on collection of your pet. All outstanding payment must be made when collecting your pet or on delivery.

Your credit or debit card details are never stored on this website.

Collection & Drop Off

All owners must drop off their pet 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.
All owners must collect their pet at the end of the appointment time within 15 minutes of the session end time. Pets that cannot be collected at the required time, may incur a sitting charge.

Cancellation & Missed Appointments

In the event you have to cancel an appointment, we require notice before 12 noon at least 48 hours prior to the arranged appointment time, so we can book other pets in that appointed time. Un-cancelled Appointments will incur a fee payable before further appointments can be booked.
Other

Pet Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any pet that presents a risk of injury to either other pets, our staff or itself. These conditions do not effect your Statutory rights. Perfect Paws and it’s employees have the right to refuse any service without explanation. If a problem arrises with the pet's attitude or temperment, Perfect paws reserves the right to have the dog collected by the owner and the grooming session cancelled, the payment for the grooming session will still be chargeable to the owner.

Pet Insurance

We recommend that the pet's owners have pet insurance.

Refunds

If you have concerns with your grooming session, please speak to the groomer as soon as possible. Refunds will be given if you are not entirely satisfied with any service Perfect Paws provides. All services including products remain the property of Perfect Paws until fully paid for. Grooming Payment - No delivery charge is only to be chosen if you are paying for your grooming appointment in advance. Please do not pay for grooming if you have not been given an appointment by our team. All cancellations must be made before 12 noon on the day before the agreed appointment otherwise a ull cancellation charge will be charged. All cancellation charges must be paid in full before another booking can be made. Our courtesy call is not a guarantee of appointment.
